To maintain freshness, keep chocolate in a cool, dry place at approximately 65 degrees for 2 to 3 weeks.
We do not recommend refrigeration, but chilled chocolate should be carefully handled: Place chocolate inside two airtight bags and seal tightly. Before serving, allow ample time to thaw.

Keep chocolate in plastic bags until room temperature is attained.
